1-on-1 coaching for neurodiverse individuals and families who are tired of spinning their wheels. We help you get unstuck and start making real progress, with guidance from someone who's been there.
No more guessing what to do next. No more going it alone. We'll help you cut through the noise, build a plan that fits your life, and actually move forward.
Speak with someone who's lived it. Not textbook theory, but real-world understanding. Practical guidance without judgment or condescension.
Need a therapist, program, or specialist recommendation? I'll tap into my international network to find and vet the right options for you.
Coaching includes everyone who needs it. When the whole family understands and pulls together, real progress becomes possible.
I'm Danny Raede, and I've spent the past 15 years helping neurodiverse individuals and families navigate challenges that most professionals only read about in textbooks. I was diagnosed what was then called Asperger's and ADHD when I was 12, and I've spent my entire adult career helping autistic individuals and families.
Over the years, I've worked with tens of thousands of families across more than 90 countries, helping them move from overwhelm and frustration to clarity and progress. I've seen what works in the real world, not just what's supposed to work in theory.
I started Offmap this company to focus on what I do best: providing direct, hands-on guidance to families and young adults who need someone in their corner who truly understands. The difference isn't just expertise. It's perspective. I can help you understand your neurodiverse family member from the inside out, because I've been there. That understanding changes everything.
Stop trying to force-fit solutions that were never designed for your situation. Get guidance tailored to what actually helps, from someone who understands why the standard approaches so often fail.

"No more guessing. I finally know exactly what to do in each situation and why it works."
"I finally have the right words. For the first time, they're actually hearing me."
Submit a short application, then we'll schedule a call to understand your situation. No cost, no obligation. Just a chance to see if we're the right fit.
This is your space to be honest, without rushing or judgment. I'll listen, ask questions, and start identifying the patterns beneath the surface.

We create a practical, personalized plan and I stay with you as it unfolds. School transitions, family dynamics, executive function, emotional regulation. I'm in your corner for the long haul.
Real support makes all the difference. Having someone who genuinely understands, who's been there themselves, changes everything.

Understanding what I can and can't help with
Coaching complements, but doesn't replace, professional healthcare services. I help with daily challenges, communication, and practical strategies, but I can't provide clinical advice or emergency intervention. I'm most effective working with clients who can plan ahead and actively engage in the process.
I'm not a doctor, therapist, or lawyer. I don't provide medical, legal, or therapeutic advice and cannot offer diagnosis, medication guidance, or clinical interventions.
What I offer is practical guidance on real-world neurodiversity challenges: communication struggles, meltdowns, school issues, independence, and navigating everyday life. My advice comes from lived experience and 15 years of professional coaching, not clinical training.
Coaching starts at $5,500 for 3 months for your entire family. This includes personalized guidance, structured planning, and ongoing support. I stand behind the work with prorated refunds if you're not satisfied with the results.
I'm not a medical provider, so I don't accept insurance directly. If you're in the UK, services may be covered by personal budgets or direct payments. In Australia, NDIS funding may apply. In the US, state/county disability services may cover coaching.
Payment is due before we begin, but I require everyone to first apply and have a free consultation to ensure we're the right fit for each other. No one pays until we've both decided this is worth doing.
