The short version
When I was 15, my school's special education director told my family I would probably just go to community college and work a part-time job. That prediction was wrong.
At 22, I co-founded Asperger Experts. Over the next 14 years, it grew into the world's largest autism support platform: 450,000+ people reached across 90+ countries and 50,000+ paying customers. All bootstrapped, no outside investors. I designed the curriculum, built the tech, and developed the frameworks that underpinned everything.
Then I co-founded WanderRock Travel, a company that takes neurodivergent young adults on international trips designed to build independence and confidence. We've run 20+ complex, multi-week programmes across Japan, Zimbabwe, Morocco, Italy, and beyond. Zero safety incidents. A 25% repeat rate, despite price points above £6,000. The Boston Globe and Thrillist both profiled it.
Now I run Offmap, a UK-based neurodiversity consultancy. I coach autistic adults and their families, run retreats, and help organisations actually understand how neurodiverse people work.
Expertise
Environment design for neurodivergent people. Most support tries to change the person. I design the environment instead. Fifteen years of working with autistic adults and families taught me that the right setting does more than any curriculum, and the wrong setting undoes everything.
International programme design and operations. I've designed and run 20+ multi-week international programmes across Japan, Zimbabwe, Morocco, Italy, Thailand, and beyond — complex logistics in unfamiliar countries with neurodivergent young adults. Zero safety incidents.
Coaching autistic adults and families. One-on-one work with autistic adults navigating careers, relationships, and independence — and with families trying to support without controlling. Practical, direct, grounded in lived experience on both sides.
Neurodiversity strategy for organisations. Helping employers move past surface-level accommodation toward workplaces that genuinely work for neurodivergent people. Not posters. Not awareness days. Structural change.
